Classes

Six-week introductory sequence

This series of classes has been sepcially devised to introduce you to the basic features of the Feldenkrais method.

The classes are not progressive in the sense that each is more difficult than the previous, but each introduces a new aspect of the method and extends your previous experience. It is very beneficial to attend all of them.

You will be lying on the floor, please be sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing. You may like to bring a yoga mat, if you have one.
